Level 27 is a fully furnished apartment. The kitchens have all appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The living area includes a couch, an entertainment center with a TV, and a loveseat. In the bedroom areas, a full-size bed with mattress, desk and dresser are included. You will need to bring dishware, bedding, clothes, and any other personal items.

Apartments in Oxford lease up very quickly, so we recommend securing a spot before the Fall semester ends to guarantee a spot at Level 27.

What if I need to leave before my lease ends?

If you are leaving the unit before the lease ends you will need to make sure you turn in your keys to the front office and fill out a move out form. You may also need to find a relet if you are no longer able to financially pay for the remaining portion of your lease.
